After the tour, if you would like to apply, please fill out a school application form and student profile and return it to the school office. Both forms are available at the bottom of this page or in the school office.
Additional Information
When reviewing your application we may request additional information about your child. These may include a current report card, standardized test scores and anything else you feel is necessary to help me understand your child's needs.
Parent-Teacher-Principal
We will review the information submitted and talk with you about your child's education. The teacher will also have an opportunity to meet with your family. If your family and I are in agreement that Trinity-St. John Lutheran School is the best place for your child, we will complete the enrollment process and registration paperwork.

The PreKindergarten Handbook, physical forms and tuition information will be available during our open house on February 25. To insure a more personal visit, we are having families reserve a 25 minute time slot, anytime 10:30 to 1:00. Call the office or use the click the following link to reserve your spot!

Entrance Age Requirements
- 3-year-old pre-kindergarten: at least 3 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year
- 4-year-old pre-kindergarten: at least 4 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year
- Kindergarten: at least 5 years old on or before September 1st of the current school year.
- First Grade: at least six years old on or before September 1st of the current school year.

- All registration requirements must be met.
- The principal will evaluate the new student’s records from the previous school.
- A meeting will be held with the family, principal, and teacher.
- The classroom teacher will be given one-day minimum advance notice to ready the classroom for the new student.
